QUOTATIONS

 All quotations are made and orders accepted to the following conditions, not-withstanding 

anything that may be stated to the contrary on the order form: 

1. The right is reserved to base all quotations and accept all orders on the merits of each individual transaction.
2. Unless previously withdrawn, our tender is open for acceptance for the period stated therein. When no period is stated tender is open for acceptance within thirty days (30 days) after this date.
3. Order for goods which are not current standard stock Item, in accordance with our price list, are only accepted on.

Delivery Time 

Delivery are taken from our warehouse. However, on request, deliveries within Lagos and its environs can be done within 2-3hrs. For deliveries outside Lagos, delivery times will be advised depending on the location and distance. The company will be entitled, if government interference or control affects its ability to make deliveries, to cancel or terminate the contract at any me so far as it unfulfilled, without prejudice to the company’s right to recover all sums owing to it in respect of deliveries made prior to the date of such termination.

Prices: All prices are quoted ex warehouse and are exclusive of VAT. Onward delivery can be arranged as when requested, and this will be charged additionally, at net cost, unless specifically otherwise stated. If there shall be any increase in the price for the goods quoted herein then, the price invoice to the customer shall be those at the date of the delivery of the said goods. 

Installation: Price do not include for installation or assembly on site is specially stated as included in our offer.

Packaging: This will normally be free of charge, unless specifically stated otherwise in our offer.

Transportation: Goods are quoted ex our branch, goods can be conveyed to another point of delivery at customer’s risk and expenses. Unless specific instructions are given to the contrary, such transport would be by the cheapest method and route available. 

Damage: Where onward carriage is arranged by us, goods should be examined on delivery and unless the carriage’s waybill is endorsed to the effect that damage has occurred, no liability can be accepted by us. 

Claims: Aer delivery to the customer(s) or his agent, no claims for loss or damage can be considered unless reported to us within 24hours of receipt. Return Policy and Warranty We accept returns within 24 hours after purchase provided you tender your receipt. Our warranty terms for each product differ and are applicable as stated on each package. We honour all warranty claims as specified and product will be replaced within 24 hours. 

Terms Of Payment: When special importation is required, our terms are normally that a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required, the balance is paid on delivery unless specially arranged otherwise. Where goods are available ex stock prices quoted are for cash against invoices unless specially arranged otherwise.
